BLVD Place 1

Construction has now begun on BLVD Place, a state of the art mixed-use development featuring over 500,000 square feet of upscale shops and restaurants, a new Whole Foods Market, and over 300,000 square feet of exclusive office space. The west side of the new Post Oak Lane extension will feature a five-star hotel topped with luxury high-rise residences. A second high-rise with 236 luxury residences will be located on San Felipe at the Post Oak Lane entrance to BLVD Place.
