Parking facilities for 4,500 cars are provided in the subtle and efficient design of a contiguous parking garage that is virtually hidden from view. Designed to complement Four Oaks Place, an interior, street-level arcade connected to the garage features restaurants, shops, and banking.

This building was awarded an Energy Star label in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 for its operating efficiency.

In 2012, this building was awarded LEED certification at the Gold level by the U.S. Green Building Council.
