The building is comprised of granite aggregate surfaced pre-cast concrete wall panels alternating with a ribbon window wall system at each floor. Ribbon window wall assembly is bronze anodized aluminum. The lobby features pink granite flame-cut finishes with an extended lobby and attached breezeway. The tower offers spectacular views of the Galleria area, River Oak and Tanglewood neighborhoods, and Downtown. Other features include a computer-controlled energy management system with variable air volume and constant velocity air conditioning.
