The project includes a 120,000 SF Edwards Theater Circuit, two-story, stadium-style megaplex, as well as 31,693 SF of retail/restaurant space located in the main theater lobby. Adjacent to the site is a daytime population of 3,000 office workers. The Greenway Plaza area employs some 33,000 people and the site is visually recognized by 300,000 vehicles per day on the Southwest Freeway, Weslayan, and Richmond.
