707 17th Street

Located in the Central Business District of Denver, 707 17th Street is a 42-story building incorporating the 20-floor Marriott City Center hotel and 22 floors of office space with typical flour plates of 25,000 rentable square feet.

The exterior of 707 17th Street consists of black reflective glass. The tall glass entry and large arched ceiling design allows natural light to flood the lobby. The walls are clad in beautiful eucalyptus wood and brushed stainless steel to create a timeless feel. Throughout the lobby, stunning original art pieces adorn the walls. Hanging over the lobby seating area is a magnificent glass sculpture that slowly moves within the space and radiates colorful reflections of the glass on the ceiling, floor and walls to ring the space to life. The Plaza area of 707 17th Street is downtown Denver’s largest and most beautiful plaza, with trees, flowers and outdoor seating.

In 2011, 707 17th Street was awarded LEED certification-Silver by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Awarded Gold level with the National Real Estate Costumer Service Awards with CEL and Associates Inc. in 2010, 2011 and 2012.

This building was awarded an Energy Star label in 2010 and 2012 for its operating efficiency.
