In addition to LEED accreditation, Denver Place has received the following awards:

-Building Owner and Manager (BOMA) Building of the Year Award, Earth Category 2005-2006.

– State of Colorado’s Bronze Environmental Achievement Award.

– EPA’s Energy Star designation (the first building in Denver to achieve).

INTERIOR BUILDING REDESIGN

In addition to the interior changes, Gensler and Associates completed a dynamic new exterior renovation and redesign of the building facade creating a new and exciting synergy with the remainder of the block.

MASS TRANSIT

The RTD light rail line is within close walking distance to the incoming Stout Street (1 block) line and the outgoing California Street line.

 

In 2011, this building was awarded LEED certification at the Gold level by the U.S. Green Building Council.

This building was awarded an Energy Star label in 2011 and 2012 for its operating efficiency.
