Lyric Centre Announces Ultimate Lease Rewards Experience
Owners of the Lyric Centre, one of downtown Houston’s premier business addresses, announced the launch of the Ultimate Lease Rewards Experience to CRE brokers nationwide. With commercial real estate demand reaching an all-time high in the Houston area, US Property Management is aiming to reach 97% occupancy in the building most known for its captivating sculpture, The Virtuoso, and charming pianists serenading visitors in the grand lobby daily.
“The Lyric Centre has been, and continues to be one of the most notable buildings in downtown Houston. Now is an ideal time for tenants to take advantage of the location and accessibility only the Lyric Centre can offer,” says Cece Garrett with US Property Management who is in charge of the program. “We really wanted to do something different because we are different. The Lyric Centre currently offers numerous amenities for the comfort and convenience of tenants, and significant improvements are planned for the building totaling $2 million. The list of improvements includes updates to the lobby, elevator cabs and deli as well as the addition of a fitness center and a common conferencing/mediation center.
The Ultimate Lease Experience will run from now through June 30, 2016. Any broker that executes a new lease, excluding space leased to existing tenants, at the Lyric Centre during this time will receive their choice of a new BMW 320i* or Houston Texans Season Tickets for the 2016 season** provided the building reaches 97% occupancy by June 30, 2016.
